    Northern Machinery Sales is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor – Roads & Infrastructure to join our team in Katherine, NT. As Civil Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of roads and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards

  • Civil Construction Positions

    • Road Train Drivers (MC Licence)

    • Side Tipper Operators (MC Licence)

    • Water Truck Operators (HC Licence)

    • Water Cart Operators (HR Licence)

    • Grader Operators (C Licence)

    • Maintenance Grader Operators (C Licence)

    • Excavator Operators




  • Apprenticeship Roles

    • Certificate III in Civil Construction – Plant Operations
    • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology

  • What's on Offer

    3 weeks on, 1 week off roster.


    11-hour shifts, day shift only.


    You’ll stay in a combination of hotels, roadhouses, and remote construction camps. All meals and accommodation are supplied while you’re on roster and working away from Katherine


    Full-time position with opportunity for ongoing work


    Point of Hire Katherine.

  • Suc­cess­ful Can­di­dates

    The successful candidates will possess the following:


    Previous plant operating experience on a civil or mine site.


    Nationally accredited operators' tickets.


    Construction White Card.


    Current driver's licence.


    Demonstrated ability to work in a team.


    Safety on these projects is of utmost importance and you need to have the ability to abide by policy and procedures.
